Partnership between Tata Daewoo and Peng Pu Algeria (PPA) for a truck assembly platform

The official launch of the project took place on Wednesday, July 5th, in the presence of President Tata Daewoo, Kwan Kju Kim, and Group CEO Peng Pu Algérie, Mohamed Bennadji, the objective is to satisfy the national needs and to invest in the African market.

They also agreed to encourage the development of local SMEs in the manufacture of spare parts and truck accessories. Machinery and necessary equipment are already in place for the imminent start of the assembly of Tata Daewoo brand trucks.

There were several candidates for the Tata Daewoo truck assembly project in the country, but we chose Peng Pu Algeria based in Chlef, which meets the requirements for such an industrial activity that requires qualification and professionalism.

Mohamed Bennadji , said that this truck assembly plant in the Cheliff capital aims to develop and promote the automotive industry in Algeria.
