Tunisia: Isuzu, the best-selling brand in Tunisia in 2017 2017-11-27
In the last 10 months of 2017, 52,106 new vehicles were put into circulation in Tunisia, representing an increase of 5.7% in sales compared to the same period of 2016.
The automotive market is also dominated by Isuzu vehicles, the best-selling vehicles in the ten months of the year with 5951 units sold, an increase of 21.2% compared to the same period in 2016, representing a market share of 11,4%.
According to our colleagues in Ilboursa, Renault comes in second place with 4570 vehicles sold (+ 24.1%), and 8.8% of market share.
Citroën, 3rd in this ranking, sold 4,357 vehicles with a drop of 5.5% in sales and a market share which dropped to 8.4% at the end of October.
Then come Volkswagen and Peugeot with respectively 3925 (7.5% market share) and 3334 vehicles (6.4% market share).
These five brands occupy the top of the sales ranking in Tunisia, 22,137 cars sold at the end of October, 42.5% of the total number of vehicles sold on the automotive market.
