Qualium investissment and Monnoyeur group have announced they assigned to Alpha Private Equity entity Feu Vert services, Mondial Pare-Brise and Impex Company.

Even the small world of the LLD has registered many gatherings these last months, it is henceforth in the after sales side that the phenomenon is happening. In fact, we just knew that on the 17th of February Qualium investissment and Monnoyeur have given away their parts in the Feu Vert group to Alpha Private Equity.
For a reminder, the entity of Feu Vert gathers the stores of Auto Feu Vert centers and services (462 centers in Europe), Mondial Pare-Brise (266 specialized centers of windshield settings in France) and the Impex Company ( an expert of distribution mainly in parts and car accessories).
No precision has been given about the deal, Bernard Perreau the president of Feu Vert group has announced that he would come back “ about the details of the new perspective of the group and the project of the company during a press conference that will take place in Paris on April 2016”.
