Inauguration of the first Volkswagen Express Service at the Shell Mégrine station 2017-05-11
The first "Volkswagen Express Service", born of the partnership between Vivo Energy Tunisia AND Ennakl Cars, has just opened its doors at the Shell Z4 station in Mégrine.
This center makes 180 m2 for an investment of a cost of 200.000 dinars. It consists of a workshop, a customer space as well as a Volkswagen specific tooling and spare parts storehouse.
The workshop has all the specific systems and tools, in accordance with the Volkswagen brand standards, including a 3.5-ton double-deck bridge, a Volkswagen diagnostic device, etc. While keeping the manufacturer's warranty, it offers a number of fast maintenance services such as changing the brake pads or shock absorbers and draining operations exclusively with Shell lubricants, including the Helix-based natural gas, which are certified Volkswagen.
Accessible without an appointment, the certified SAVES + center is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 3 pm. He expects around 20 interventions per day at start-up, to reach about 40 operations a day at cruising speed. The prices of original parts remain the same, the labor price will be less expensive than the agency, said the general manager of the agency SAVES +, Hafedh Abdelhedi in response to a question of Business News. He explained that the station also has a multi-brand maintenance bay and a wash bay.

To celebrate the inauguration, a ceremony was held this Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Megrine, attended by the CEO of Ennakl Automobiles Ibrahim Debbache, representatives of the Volkswagen Group, came especially from Germany for the inauguration, Vivo Energy International representative, Naoufel Aissa, CEO of Vivo Energy Tunisia, Mohamed Chaabouni, as well as several senior executives of the two companies.

Vivo Energy Tunisia currently has a national network of 170 Shell service stations. It plans to expand this concept in different regions of the country.
