The hiring group of the exclusive agent of FAW’s Chinese cars has began a new era in Saudi Arabia by inaugurating officially a complete center and launching the age of FAW’s in the Saudi’s market car, it is one of the largest car markets in Saudi Arabia and the middle east. This new space has the highest standards and modern equipments to provide customers with multiple services in this one and only place, starting from sales up to after sales service, as well as a big depository to supply the spare parts for the customers and avoid the lateness.
The opening of FAW exposition in the city of Jeddah goes with the strategy of the hiring group expansion to provide exceptional services for the customers in all parts of Saudi Arabia by opening modern spaces to offer complete services, it is 5 thousand square meters, in addition to an all inclusive maintenance center in: Riyad, Dammam, Taëf, Yanbu and Medina.
We mention that this
center includes the main show room, a maintenance workshop with 15 winches and two car paintings and their facilities, an exposition for spare parts connected with depositories and workshops to provide supplies upon the costumer’s request.
During the press conference which took place for this occasion in the presence of media representatives and some of the customers. The executive director and member “Omar Hendi” and the general manager of FAW cars the engineer “Hassan Naghi” has highlighted the importance this new center in Jeddah, with this opening new commercial versions and modals has been released.
“The high demand for FAW modals has encouraged us to strengthen our presence in all parts of Saudi Arabia starting a new age of FAW cars, we are sure that these new centers will allow us a better service for our customers and that’s what we are seeking for, we constantly make sure to apply for the customer’s demands and even surpass their expectations, in my humble opinion these new branches will lead the local market to a change and we hope it’ll set new standards to serve the customers all over Saudi Arabia” Hendi said.
