The next step is the homogenization of the recipe on one side and the application of the adhesion coating to the supports. The two resulting in the press line for compaction at high temperature for 6 minutes and then undergo another heat treatment for several hours.
A cutting operation (machining), another surface treatment of the brake pads (sandblasting then anticorrosive coating) and finally the finishing (anti noise, fixing springs and packaging) that complete the manufacturing process.
